How do I use Fast search and Normal search? What are the benefits?

On the Search Paid Job Boards page, select the search mode corresponding to Fast Search / Normal Search.

Option 1: Select the radio button corresponding to Fast Search. Get the search results display on Results tab within 45 minutes from the time you launch the search. If the results are delayed beyond 45 minutes from the time you launched the search, then it will be upturned as unused fast search.

Option 2: Select the radio button corresponding to Normal Search. Get the search results within 24 hours from the time you launch the search
